General Manager
Our General Manager, Marcia Mariños, is a lawyer specializing in Labor and Immigration Law, and has been with the firm since 2022.
She has a strong legal background and experience in the strategic direction and legal management of the firm, overseeing operations and ensuring high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
She is known for her ethical leadership, proactive approach, and results-oriented focus, promoting teamwork, continuous improvement, and efficient client service. A graduate of Antenor Orrego Private University and the National University of Trujillo, she practices law in both Spanish and English, enabling her to operate effectively in national and international legal environments.
